  1. Thanks. I didn't know what I did wrong to keep it from looping.

Hope you all enjoy... even if I couldn't find a way to loop the animation.
Well, I hope you don't mind, but I took a look at it and was able to save the image so that it loops:
    Spoiler: GIF
Mainly did it so that I could better see the animation, but it might be of use to you as well.

.dgc? Huh, never heard of those... Welp, a cursory glance at the DFS website offers this:
    Q. How can I output my scenes as a completed movie?
    A. First export your scenes from FlipBook as AVI, QuickTime or sequential files. We recommend you choose a format without compression.
Obviously I'm a total outsider when it comes to this program, but have you tried saving it as a QuickTime file instead of .avi? Stupid question, I'm sure, but I'm rather surprised that it'd mess up and not export properly. What does the export window look like? Are there a ton of options (ala something like Adobe Premiere), or is it relatively straightforward? If the former, your answer's probably lurking in there somewhere, should you care to find it. Apologies I can't be of more help. =/

Also, as an aside, when responding to a Visitor Message give the "View Conversation" button beside the message a click and reply there. That way the person is notified of your response. =)
  4. They're .dgc. They come from the Digicel Flipbook Studio program that I use. There IS an option to save the file as a .avi, but it seems to only save the first frame. Also, don't worry about clogging up my thread, I don't mind if you post questions in my thread.

Hmm. What filetype are they, if you know? I've had to convert audio and video files, myself, so I might be able to help you there.
Didn't want to clog up your thread, so I figured I'd ask here.
