Dedede has always felt like the “loser” of Nintendo’s villains to me. Ganondorf is far more evil, Bowser is far more intimidating, and Wario is far more successful. So with that in mind, I liked the idea of the other villains serving up some karma here. As for where the story will go, you’ll just have to wait and see.
