I’m pleased with the way this one came out. The idea of splitting a single scene of one environment into multiple panels at different times came pretty late in the development of this strip, but it was a fun experiment and I think it makes it more interesting to look at. I’m also a fan of the whole “weird thing happens then is explained in the last panel” thing.

It looks like Diddy’s hanging out with his pal DK now that Kirby’s on his own adventure elsewhere.
