The thought of Kirby characters playing video games has been established since way back when Dedede lured Kirby off a rainbow path in Canvas Curse, but it’s still pretty odd to me. It did make a fun way to subvert expectations, although Dedede must be getting pretty desperate to try to play as his nemesis. I enjoyed reversing their usual expressions this time.

Don’t forget–May 27th through the 29th, I’ll be at the Animazement convention in Raleigh, North Carolina! I think I may have mentioned the wrong town before…whoops.
