I concur that the color scheme for this comic really worked! The dichromatic nature reminds me of monochrome Game Boy games played on a Color or Advance!

FRIDAY UPDATE: Okay. So, it’s been an insanely busy week for me. Not only have I poured a ton of time into the comic to make it like I want it, but it’ll require even more effort to finish. Also, I had to undergo a very unpleasant procedure at the proctologist’s (!) yesterday and I’ve been woozy and under the weather since! But this comic must be finished! I shall continue to work the heck out of it; without any sort of surprise obstacles, it ought to be ready for you guys sometime in the middle of next week. My apologies for not having it up sooner, but I certainly have been putting a lot into it and I think it’s going to be special.

I was thinking it reminded me of the opening to Frasier, but now that you mention it, it's also similar to the Fantasia 2000 opening to Rhapsody and Blue... Which would be awesome because that's one of my brother's favorite songs to play on the piano.

I think it'll be a musical comic about Nintendo's history. Why? There's been a ton of anniversaries recently, and teaser 1 and 3 makes me think of the history.

Monday, Feb 27 — 10:00 AM

So it’s been an extremely rough week, and things are going to get even worse in the next few days. I’ve gotta prepare for some surgery on Thursday since I’ve been in severe pain all weekend (it hurts to even stand up or walk), and without getting into too many details, the surgery preparation might be worse than the surgery itself.

I hate that this is happening now, though, because I really wanted to get out the 400th comic in a relatively timely manner. I’ve been putting a lot of work into it and will continue to do so, but my health has to come before BitF in this case. Thank you all for your continued patience; I’ll keep working on it as much as I can, and depending on how the recovery goes, it should be ready by next week sometime. I hate being late with comics when people are used to checking them on a consistent schedule. Very sorry again or the repeated delays, but sometimes life throws us a painful curveball!

I will update when I have a better idea of when I’ll be finished.
