    B) Because it's easier to lose him there, and maybe Rya and Raven are more likely to find a new friend there than in the open! :D
Scandinavia and the World is a great comic.

I really should comment on this more. It's a great CYOA.

Head back to town. Heal up and maybe someone (the police?) will be willing to help you out.

A bunch of ruins in the middle of nowhere?
This is most likely the home of a Thundurus, or a Regirock.
Or perhaps, maybe a Darkrai is taking a very long slumber here.

A ruin? That must mean Rock types must be in there.

Therefore, it is only logical that the legendary should be.... Shaymin!

We are voting for the species of the crazy hermit living in there, aren't we?
Past experiences have made me a bit savvy.

I vote for Kyogre as well.

Go fer Darkrai. It'll be cool to see a character of "slightly questionable" pursuits.
I am so mad right now I'm gonna bob my head up and down.

At first I was going to consider picking a pokemon that would make sense to be in ruins...

Then I said "Screw it", and decided to vote Celebi because I can.

Ho-oh. The ruins remind me of the puzzles in the Ruins of Alph, and they were featured on one of those.

Groudon or regigigas. Both are big bulky brutes, and are therefore awesome.

Celebi or Groudon would be nice. I'm mostly leaning on Celebi, though. Partially because I like Celebi quite a bit(though Groudon is one of my favorite legendaries by design).

    I'm voting for Kyogre.

I'm really glad I was bored that one day, because this is very interesting and very entertaining. There is also that it has good artwork, which is a plus.
Please shorten my name to Chime, not Chimera. Thank you.

I'm going to throw in my hat for Ho-Oh, although a humanoid version of Kyogre would be interesting.

    THE GRAND PUZZLE

Well, because I'm utterly bored, I've taken it upon myself to start another riddle quest, but this time on a much, much, much larger scale. Will anyone feel like solving my puzzle? Probably not. Will I do it anyway? Heck yea.

Please note, a certain puzzle or riddle may not be solvable until a certain amount of time has passed. If so, be patient, and keep a sharp eye out.

On the off-chance someone feels like reading this, thanks, and here's a hint to the beginning: the first clue is hidden somewhere in this signature.

Re: A Slightly Different Pokemon Journey (CYOA)

While I'd normally pick Groudon, something tells me Groudon would be a hot-blooded, crazy hermit who's level of ham-it-up-ness could, quite literally, shake the earth. Methinks an encounter with it should wait until another time.

And since the directive was to pick a legendary pokemon, but nothing more specific, I've got a hunch this might just be some sort of shrine, rather than an encounter.

But enough flappin' my gums, Somththing about the ruins gives me a definite Zapdosy feeling, So Zapdos it is.

Re: A Slightly Different Pokemon Journey (CYOA)

Just when you thought updates were becoming regular again. Doop mini hiatus.
I won't be able to update this week on account of...AP testing (cue thunder and lightning) and because drawing ruins are hard I-can't-perspective-what-even-is-architecture.

Votes were pretty close but it looks like we're going with Groudon. So if anyone wants otherwise now's your last chance.

I WANT OTHERWISE!!! I pick Agumon Groudon... wait, that's not otherwise. But seriously, I would love Darkrai, but since there aren't a lot of votes for him, I'll stick with Groudon.
    Seems legit.

Wanna visit my site? Here's the link! I'll update it periodically. More old art than new art though, since I've been drawing since I was 3 XD

Sheesh, everyone always wants the big scary Pokemon nowadays. No respect for the little legends anymore.
