I am eating
poutine. It consists of fries, cheese curds, and gravy. It is a Canadian delicacy that originated in Quebec. It is very delicious, after you get past the otherwise disgusting presentation. The gravy has to be hot enough to melt the cheese curds.

I live in Toronto and there are so many restaurants that sell poutine. Nowadays, I usually want my fries with cheese curds and hot gravy.
If possible, I often ask if it is possible to use seasoned curly fries with Mozzarella cheese and hot gravy. Now, that is my kind of poutine. It is unfortunate that this kind of poutine is so unusual that I often have to resort to making one from scratch! Note: I do not know how to cook, so I ask someone else to.
