This page, among other things, leads me to believe that UU and uu are indeed one person. I think that when UU goes to sleep, another personality of his/hers wakes up, calling itself uu. This explains how they describe each other as brother and sister, and the fact that they have never met.

Oh damn, you're right. Perhaps . . . perhaps Skaia recognizes that UU and uu, while in one body, are really two separate individuals? Then when UU goes to sleep, UU's dreamself wakes up, and uu takes over the non-dream body. And when uu goes to sleep, uu's dreamself wakes up, and UU takes control of the body again.

Has that ever explicitly stated? I mean, it's been implied through the green in UU's symbol and the red in uu's symbol, but they both only talk in different values of gray text.

I'm pretty sure its mentioned in a Pesterlog with Dirk, but I can't find it right now.

Another thing, what about their Sburb roles? Can a person be two at the same time, if this is the case? Like being Hero of Space and Hero of Light at the same time?
I mean, it isn't impossible... but even that would be too much, even for Hussie.

I thought so at first, but there are some problems with this:
-Highbloods are resistant to mind control, the higher they are in the hemospectrum. The Condesce is the highest thing in that scale, so it would be almost impossible to control her like that
-There's only one other way for her to get those powers, and that would be Tavisprite's prototyping... but that can't be because the ring only works on Carapaces. So no prototyping for her, and no Tavros+Vriska powers.

I'm assuming that panel is showing what Dirk meant here:

TT: There are other urban legends that she did a lot of experiments on animals and people. Mostly to do with mind control.
TT: Like figuring out ways to unlock all of her psychic alien potential, to increase her power.

So basically, The Condesce got Tavros' and Vriska's powers by doing experiments in order to raise her psychic powers. (The higher a troll is in the hemospectrum, the less psychic powers they get).

Tumblr user Softowl, who is currently dating Andrew Hussie, claims that Hussie has indeed informed her that this was the intent. Also it fits more with what Dirk says than the prototyping theory, which fails because the session has no viable prototyping IIRC and also the prototype rings only work on carapaces.

Yep, this session won't have any prototyping whatsoever.
If you remember what Rose told to Dave in Intermission 2 of Act 6, the void session has even created Prospit and Derse without any prototyping towers, and CD has destroyed the Battlefield in Skaia.

So, yeah, no rings for the BQ/BK/WQ/WK.
And therefore no ring for The Condesce and no effects of the prototyping of Tavisprite on her.

It was probably part of the Condensce's plan of trying to re-establish the subjuggulators. She most likely used her influences in order to direct the votes to these two.

I don't have any problems with people's fanart, I try to distance myself from the the fanbase as much as possible so that statement was based mostly on assumptions. It's not like I meant it seriously anyway.
