    Undertale

Undertale. Where do I begin here? Well, it's an amazing game. See, it's about...

...well, it's kinda hard to really talk about in length, but for starters, it's about a kid who falls underground.

It's a very Earthbound-esque game with Touhou-like battle mechanics. It's notably different from a lot of current-gen RPGs, in terms of just how...well, it's a game that really makes you think. I suppose that's one way to put it.

Also, there's...dogs. Expect to see lots and lots of dogs.

Artwork drawn by Somnax (FA), 5th Gen Pokemon sprite bases made by Pokemon-Diamond (DA).
Spoiler: a few Miiverse drawings. :)

I created a CYOA and all I got was this lousy link.

    This is second-hand information, but...
    ALWAYS PET THE DOGS. ALWAYS.
I suppose I might as well put one here, all the cool kids are doing it (not to judge, but so are some not-so-cool kids).

Good God I love this game!

It's a shame that it's kinda hard to talk about it without spoiling stuff. :P
UNDERTALE is a game that really needs to be experienced individually.

I got the game recently and I'm really enjoying it. I just beat Papyrus, and I'm currently at the waterfall area.
    OH MY GOODNESS!

Isn't this the BEST signature you've ever SEEN!

So I finally played this game...

    *My mind*

Got the pacifist ending, and then got a handy tip from a plant to reload my save, after a few events I got the true pacifist ending... THE FEELS!

I've heard that I shouldn't do the Genocide ending before the Pacifist ending.
    Is that true?

I'll just say this... if you do that route, you're going to have a bad time. (Ah wait, you wouldn't get that reference. XD)
Without saying spoilers, the doing the Genocide ending first will taint the true ending.

Kinda late to the party here, but I'd also point out that
some of the dialogue during the genocide route references events from the pacifist route, and some important story events are explained in the genocide route, but the game kind of assumes you have already gained some certain knowledge from playing the pacifist route... Basically, the story is [in my own experience] easier to understand if you do the pacifist route first.
Also, in my opinion, killing all the characters in the game has more weight and impact on the player if they have gotten to know them and care about them first. Growing attached to the characters and then mercilessly murdering them should make the player feel bad about their actions to some degree, which is one of the main points of the genocide route.

    Re: Undertale

Okay, I'm super-late with this, but anyway...

It was a few weeks ago that I decided to check Undertale for myself. First, I read a bit about the game on TVTropes (unfortunately I got too curious and spoilered myself a bit - it didn't hinder my enjoyment of the game, but I think some events would had more impact with me if I wouldn't have known anything beforehand). Then, I watched the first episode of Steamtrain, after that, I downloaded the demo.

And immediately after finishing the demo, I bought the full game and the soundtrack, and I think I can call Undertale retroactively my favourite game of 2015.

Spoiler: More thoughts about the game - all of it probably also super-spoilery

But in general, I highly recommend people who like videogames (especially RPGs) to at least try out the demo of the game.
I know that I know nothing.
