Brawl in the Family: The Complete Collection (Volumes Two and Three)

Hope you guys aren't Kickstarter-ed out, because we've got one final Kickstarter going to make these books a reality!

This will be running through...well, the final comic strips! I'm mainly just doing this so we can get all the books in one very elegant and lovely compendium. Remember, nearly all of the books are only going to be distributed through this campaign, so if you want them, I highly recommend getting on 'em now, everyone.

Now I'm going to have to save $165. At least I have a month to do so, and at least the reward is unlimited. I hope I can make it in time. :P

I can't believe how quickly the "Get the last DeDeDoll" reward was taken.

    Wow, those look great!
    &
Yikes, sounds like it's a now (well, a month) or never-ish with getting a copy of these books.
this is going to result in a lot of contemplating...

    I have a question, I have never used Kickstarter before so I am wondering;
if I back say $40 for book 2, and later decide to get the whole trilogy, (which is $80.)
would I just need to back another $40 or would I have to do $80?

You would need to back another forty, Puzzle; you can change your tier of reward any time, provided you pay the amount needed.

The minimum pledge for Matt to draw two video game characters went up to $200 (though to be fair, it included signed hardcover copies).

Matt, what about those interested in only you drawing two video game characters but not interested in buying the books (especially given that I am an international and I have a tight budget).

One more thing, any extras raised from the Kickstarter should go into funding the Wii U port for Tadpole Treble as well.

Morning, day and night. They look great! My friend and I have already pledged for some pretty hardcovers (dat slipcase was tempting though). And holy moly at that single Dededoll- that backer had better count themselves very lucky indeed!

Thanks for all the support already! I'm really excited to see how fast this thing ran out of the gate (by comparison, it took Volume One about 24 hours to reach its first 10k).

It's somewhat regrettable, but I did have to limit the drawings this time a little further simply because they took so long to make last time around, and I had to divvy up my time as wisely as possible (between making two hypothetical books and working on TT and possibly Nefarious). Sorry for those looking for a lower rate for the hand-drawn characters, but it's a cut that I had to make in this case!

The extra funding for the Wii U TT port makes a whole lot of sense, actually! Let's see what happens...

That "Happy Endings Set" was FAST to go...like, within the first few minutes of the Kickstarter going up!

    $200 for the colored drawings? Ouch. Out of my price range. ;-;

But I can still see if I can pledge something. Hopefully I have some money for it.

Re: Brawl in the Family: The Complete Collection (Volumes Two and Three)

Matt, I am thinking of a TT + BitF book set for those looking to get their hands on TT and BitF at the same time (with a slight discount for TT when pledged with the books (given that the price of TT itself is $7, I am thinking of $5 when purchased with BitF books)). This would make it easier to reach the initial goal, as well as having some for the Wii U port (which would be a good first stretch goal).

I like that only the third book and slipcase get signed. This allows me to bring Vol. 2 to Matt to sign in person should he maybe come to a convention I'll go to. =)))

I can definitely say I'm funding this project.

    Ima buy three books!

(Even though I funded the first book... Because my first book is breaking... and it was a signed copy... *sniff*)

edit: now that I think about it, I did get a Dededoll and some
Playing cards, so there's that. But even the card case broke

Well, that's $165 dollars I'm going to get quickly. I'm waiting for Volume 1 when I get cash, but I don't mind for another, ESPECIALLY with 2 new books.

But two things are bugging me.

1.What's the minimum to get all 3 books?

2.Will Tadpole Treble come for Wii U? I just wanted to get that off my chest.

I asked #2 as well and suggested that it can be a good stretch goal (and also suggested that he can add TT to the mix).

Hmm. But for all 3 books, I'd have to contribute $165, right?

I really want to get this, but I'm not sure If I'll be able to... Anyways, are you by any chance going to include cds for the different musical comics in the book?

Thank you so much Matt for including Tadpole Treble to some of the reward tiers.

i seriously hope I have enough money to get these, considering they appear to be coming out at the same time as a bunch of other stuff I want.

Also, I don't even have a kickstarter, so there's that.

A number of non-numbered comics depict you as sick. Will those be in the collection or not?

Hmm... I already got the hardcover volume one, so I'd better get the other two as hardcovers.

Hopefully there will be a paypal version of backing it up by the time mine is ready.
