~The Styles~

As with any forum, a good forum needs a variety of themes/styles to use. That is why I have been working on getting up some various different colored Styles for this place.

Don't know how to change your style? Well I am going to tell you where to change, but I will also provide you with links that you can click to automatically switch and check out that style. So first off, to change your style scroll down to the bottom of the screen. Look to the left and do you see the first drop down box there? That is the quick and easy way to change styles on this board.

So what styles are currently up? Click any of these links to change your style to them.

The Styles:

~The Default Style - This is the default one that will be shown at all times.
~Orange Tiger - This is an Orange and black Theme.
~Blue Tiger - A Blue Copy of Orange Tiger.
~Purple Tiger - A Purple version of Orange Tiger.
~Red Tiger -A Red version of Orange Tiger

Please keep in mind that there are certain areas of the created styles that I may or may not be able to spruce up. One example would be in the user profile page where you have the three tabs (About me, infractions, and message) that show dark hard to read text there. Well I can't exactly fix that without making other text (like the main forum area where is says "replies: x") being changed by it too. So, just keep that in mind.


I will be working on some other versions on my style, but I would like to first make sure these ones are liked by the community. There will be a variety of colors to choose from eventually, Keep in mind I will be leaving an all green theme to Jry

I will update this post with more styles as they get done, or even the other mods will update it too.

With that I am open to thoughts about these Styles. Please do not demand certain themes to be brought back from the old place, since replicating them may be impossible. However, if you see a base color that hasn't been done, I may be able to get one up. Note that the Black will stay as something that I keep for all of my styles.

Would a red and cream/offwhite be possible, a bit like the old BitF colours?

Also, all the Tiger themes rock mighty hard.
Especially Blue and Purple.

As I said somewhere else, I love Tiger Blue, partly because of all the suggestions I, er, suggested for it , and partly because it looks very awesome. I may even keep it over a Red on White, if one of those is ever made.

I liked the black and yellow 'eulB cissalC FitB' theme from the old forums, will something like that be on here soon?

I'd like to see a silver/gray and black/blue theme. I'm not sure if you're taking any suggestions, but I'm just putting it out there.

Just finished up the Red theme. I tried to attempt going the Red-on-White, but I failed half-way through because I didn't really agree with the colors. So I went Red and Black.

Suggestions on it?

Next Up is a possible Yellow theme.

I know I'm not supposed to ask, but I did like that Test Theme(The greenish one, if I remember correctly.) from the old forums. But How about another Neon one? Not an exact, but a new one.

The test theme was a copy/paste of "Jry Time" which is already in the works.

I was testing something and forgot to delete the tester. >_>;

I agree with Mongo, the text is the same colour as the poll background, making me have to highlight it to see what it says, which is a bit annoying.

Normally, that'd be announced when it was done.

That has since been fixed thanks to some cooperation from tiger for helping to hunt the source of it down, so Neon Nights and elytS tluafeD(an inverted "default style") are up and ready to go.

My primary complaint with those is that there's one text field that I can't see to edit the colors of - the white background, black text boxes on the top(search function) and the bottom(quick navigation/theme editing).

Yeah I am working on that. I have to find what controls the background of the poll options first. So give me a minute.

There was one before, with the whole Witf takeover thing. It was kept an option with the old forum
Purple Tiger's the closest thing to it now though

I made an oops and deleted "Jry Time" trying to fix some stuff.

Managed to redo it, and now the colors are the exact same as they were on the E-Blah forum.


So if you had Jry Time set before and it changed all of a sudden, that's what happened. Sorry for the inconvenience. >_>;
