To order an item in our store, just click the "Add to Cart" button near the item you want.  Once you've picked out your items, view your shopping cart and choose "Checkout" with either Paypal or Google Checkout (you can use several kinds of credit/check cards) and follow the given steps to complete your order.

We ship internationally!  When you add an item to your cart, just select your country from the drop-down menu to calculate shipping to your country.

After you place an order, we will ship your Brawl in the Family items as soon as possible.  We usually make shipments once a week, each Friday.  If an item is currently out of stock, it will be marked as “Currently on Backorder” in our store.  A backordered item may take 4-6 weeks to ship.

When shipping an order, we use the cheapest option offered by the US Postal Service.  If your order is more than $34.95 (or has a World's Best Hero mug in it), you will receive a free upgrade to Priority Shipping.  Delivery confirmation and tracking (for domestic shipments) is included with each order, and you will receive an email notice when your order has shipped.

If an item in your order is currently being shipped to our headquarters, we will wait to ship your order until we receive it.

To get the best-value shipping rates, combine several items into a single order!

We are not able to offer refunds, exchanges, or order cancellations at this time, but if you have any questions or comments about your order, or questions about future items you'd like to see us stock, then please send us an email at orders (at) brawlinthefamily (dot) com.

We will never, ever give your personal information to anyone else for any reason.  The only things we will send or email you are things directly related to your order.
